A super day shooting at the British Society of Cinemaphotographers Expo at Battersea Evolution.
As a long time lover of Sarawak, the Malaysian state on the island of Borneo, I found it disappointing that so many travel groups seem to ignore this quite wonderful part of the world. In typical fashion if I speak up I have to do something so I am now an Ambassador for WAK which is the "What About Kuching" festival that occurs every October. It features art, music, dance, culture and a lot of fun. Watch this space for more news and I will be covering the event this year in person.
I have shot three events at Olympia in the last week. They were "TechEx Global 2025", "Destinations:The Holiday and Travel Show" and "The Franchise Exhibtion". What a charaismatic venue Olympia has become.

A busy event daywas had visiting the
EAG Expo, Entertainment, Attractions and Gaming at the ExCel in the Docklands. Colourful, loud and interesting are three words to describe it.

A new stock sale to another TV company, my contribution to B roll of a program which looks to be on hospitality sector in India.

Our YouTube channel is under development. Early entries include some event highlight videos and a series called “20 Images of ..” where landscape and portrait format reels will showcase a selection of our stock images we have available on Alamy. The initial selections are for North Korea, Morocco and Singapore with more to come.

I covered a charity event in Balham for London Play which was great fun and for a good cause. A street closed to traffic on World Car Free Day close to Tooting Bec. They were one of hundreds across London. I covered the games played on the road, the activties organised by London Play to get children playing on the street and the community coming out together. It was a great day and really nice to be welcomed by the community. I swear one side cheated in the tug-o-war!
